A Note from the CAP House of Delegates Missouri Delegation Chair

Dr. Laura Gardner, MSP Secretary and Chair of the Missouri Delegation to the CAP House of Delegates (HOD), invites MSP members to apply to join the CAP HOD Missouri Delegation and shares an update from the most recent meeting.

The CAP HOD plays an important role in the CAP for a voice of members. At the most recent meeting on Saturday October 8, delegates had a joint session with the Resident's Forum and CAP leadership where they discussed pathology workforce issues, laboratory staffing, received advocacy updates, and more.

The nomination form is now open and must be submitted by Friday, January 13, 2023, to run for the CAP HOD for the term May 1, 2023 - April 30, 2026. Any Fellow member of the CAP may nominate themselves for election as a Delegate. Elections will take place in the Spring.
