Congress and the President Stop Medicare Cuts for 2021

On April 15th, the President signed bipartisan legislation that stops the 2% sequester cut from kicking in on April 1st.
Medicare, which had not been processing claims from April 1st in anticipation of this legislation, will now begin addressing the two week backlog.
Unfortunately, we will have to revisit this issue later in the year, as the legislation just passed does not address the looming 4% cuts in 2022.
